Mr A’s 1st Birthday Cake Smash & Splash Session
Introducing the very handsome Mr A, who came into the studio to celebrate his very first birthday! Turning one is such a special milestone, and I love being able to capture these moments through my Perth cake smash photography sessions for families to look back on for years to come.
I always make sure to capture plenty of happy, smiley portraits before the cake is brought out because we just never know how it’s going to go 🥰. Some little ones dive straight in, while others prefer to keep their hands clean. Both are completely normal and make for the sweetest memories either way.
Mr A wasn’t too sure about the cake, but we still managed to capture a few adorable photos with it. The real highlight of the day turned out to be his splash bath! Once he was in the tub, his little personality came shining through with smiles and playful splashes, which made for the most fun images.
That’s the beauty of a cake smash and splash session. Every baby is different, and every gallery tells its own story. Some love the cake, some love the bath, and some love it all!
